Electric actuator failure

The electric actuator failure in addition to the common short circuit or open circuit, servo amplifier and motor failure.
Common faults are analyzed as follows.hose adapters
1. Loose connectors or wiring open or short circuit. Cause poor contact, and increase or reduce the line impedance. The Troubleshooting method is checking and the toggle connecting wires, and re-plug and insert each connector.
Reducer mechanical transmission parts. Check is functioning properly, the gear meshing whether good troubleshooting is to replace or repair a broken gear lubricant.
