Range Top Burner Valve noise sources

There are three main range valve noise sources:
    (1) itself vibration noise. Medium flows through the burner valve spool will produce erosion, lateral movement of the spool produce unstable even resonate with the device. Due to the use of Range Top Burner Valve vibration is inevitable, so this kind of noise generation is also inevitable. Note that when you try to install the valve upright on a horizontal pipe installed to reduce noise generated due to the spool instability, usually this kind of noise is very small, resulting in little impact.
    (2) Aerodynamic noise. When contracted flow medium flows through the burner valve section, the flow cross section due to contraction of the flow path blocking sudden changes occur turbulence, while the medium flow rate is changed, the mechanical energy is partially converted liquid noise acoustic energy generated by known aerodynamic Science noise. Because fluid Gas Burner Safety Valve when pressure is inevitable, so the aerodynamic noise can not be completely eliminated. Usually this type of noise level is small, resulting in little impact.
    (3) Hydrodynamic Noise. Fluid control valve in the rapid formation of blocking flow velocity. Blocking flow refers to the incompressible or compressible fluid flows through the stove burner valve when the maximum achievable flow state. At a fixed inlet conditions, when the valve before the pressure kept constant while gradually reducing the pressure after the valve, the flow through the flow Stove Top Burner Valve increases to a maximum limit, and then continue after the pressure reducing valve, the flow rate will not increase, the limit that is blocking traffic flow. Blocking the flow of liquid can easily cause flash cavitation, accompanied by strong noise generation, this noise is usually up to about 100dB, resulting in a large impact.
