The Natural Frequency Analysis of Pressure-reducing Valve


Based on the explanation of the work principle of pressure-reducing valve of rocket motor,the computing model of the vibration of the Heater Gas Valve valve was established not considering the damp effect of fluid,that is single degree of freedom natural vibration.By using mutual acting principle of force,the membrane and heater valve disc acted by uniform pressure were analyzed separately,the vibration formula of the motion parts of the pressure-reducing valve was obtained,the computation formulae of the equivalent stiffness of the membrane acting as spring,the equivalent single force of the uniform pressure caused by turbulence,and the natural frequency were derived.Each parameter,which affects the level of the natural frequency,was analyzed.The derived computation formula of the natural frequency can be used broadly,it is more simple,precise than finite element method,and more suitable for engineering.
